- Operations with Transfer and Receipt of Funds: Users can manage their digital assets using E-wallet functionality to perform transfers and receive funds by signing transactions with private keys and making changes to the corresponding blockchain registries. Fund transfers are carried out through ENS domain exchanges or blockchain addresses, and transaction confirmations occur within the distributed blockchain system.

- Management of Digital Assets: Users have the ability to add, store, and delete supported digital tokens through the E-wallet interface, except for TRX tokens.
- Instant Exchange Operations: Users can conduct exchanges of digital tokens, which are carried out and completed using third-party smart contracts. E-wallet serves as a user interface facilitating interaction with these third-party smart contracts and displaying transaction results.
- Transaction Registration: All or part of user transactions through the blockchain system will be registered, with data accuracy dependent on records in the blockchain system.
- Suspension of Services: In certain cases, we may temporarily suspend or limit user operations on E-wallet, with no possibility to cancel or annul already completed transactions due to the irreversible nature of blockchain operations.

By accepting the use of services provided by our company, you acknowledge the following:- Your data, such as wallet passwords, private keys, mnemonic phrases, and key storage, are not stored on our servers.
- We do not provide services to recover your wallet if you lose access to your password or keys.

- In accordance with legislation and regulatory requirements, we reserve the right at any time to deny service or restrict access to it.

- If you or your counterparty do not follow the rules of using E-wallet specified in our Agreement or on the platform website, we cannot guarantee the execution of transactions and are not responsible for potential losses. If transactions involve a preliminary crediting of funds to your wallet or the counterparty`s wallet, remember that blockchain transactions are irreversible, and you bear responsibility for the consequences.

- When sending digital tokens to other addresses, you should verify the counterpart`s reliability and competence. Decisions to transfer funds or execute transactions should be reasoned and conscious.
- If error messages such as "transaction not executed" or "timeout exceeded" occur during a transaction, you should check the status through official blockchain channels to avoid repeated sending and potential losses.
- After creating or importing a wallet in E-wallet, your keys and data remain only on your device. If the device is lost or stolen and you have not created a backup, we cannot restore your wallet or data.
- We advise you to create reliable backups of your wallet password, keys, and other important data on paper or other secure means, rather than relying on electronic methods such as screenshots or email.
